Bond360 does not provide a self-sign-up option. Your account is created or provisioned through your organization, and the projects and information you can access are determined by your organization’s permissions.

Signing In

Bond360 Mobile is available to authorized Bond360 users. Sign in with your existing Bond360 account. New accounts must be created or provisioned through your organization.

Accessing Projects, Drawings, and Schedules

Select your organization and choose a project to view available project information, published drawings, and schedules. The mobile app is read-only; project changes must be made through the Bond360 web application.

Offline and Cached Drawings

Bond360 Mobile may cache drawings and related project information for offline viewing. Cached content reflects the most recent successful synchronization. Reconnect to the internet to check for updated drawings and schedules.

Clearing Cached Data

You can clear cached drawings and offline project data from the app’s account/settings menu. Cached content can be downloaded again when the app is connected to the internet.

Reporting an Issue

When contacting support, include your name, organization, device type, app version, project name, and a brief description of the issue. Screenshots and the steps that caused the problem may also help, but avoid including sensitive project information unless necessary.
